Sara Antonio stars as the wife and mother in the cinematic music video for Carrie Underwood's newest single, "Little Toy Guns."

The video was released via Carrie Underwood's Facebook fan page on Jan. 30, where it garnered more than 7 million views within the first three days. "Little Toy Guns" is now also viewable on YouTube.
